Gary Johnson served two terms as the Governor of New Mexico, as a Republican. He was the Libertarian party candidate for President of the United States in 2012 and 2016. The 2016 Presidential run was the most successful third-party Presidential campaign in total votes, since 1996.
Governor Johnson founded Our America Initiative in 2009, with the assistance of political strategist Ron Nielson of RT Nielson Co.
